I Do Still Love Her As The Days Before

The glimpse of her soul still resides in the core of my heart. It is very hard, indeed, to cease that fervour superiority of her. As it might be thought that seconds will devour the passion, but I found that that it fortifies the passion. She just went into my life on a day, on a year, with no physical approach she had, but then my heart was caught. Have I no tendency to the amiable circumstances? Let myself know what is a full set of gratification sought from that woman.

I yield intense liking , and it perpetuately grow for the days and weeks till I yield no, except sorrow for another full cycle of sun and moon, and realizing that I might be have no further opportunity. I may say that that foresight has its own fact and how true it is. But I just disbelieve with it, and took an aggressive decision. Let me carefully contemplate that that how was the almost most failing decision is running, and how well it ruins it. But, I saw no bad points at all to be as the fundamental of that decision. And, it was wrong! And that aggressive decision had led to non progressive.

Panthenon if was buid from the top to the bottom, without a fundamental as a basis for it to stand, whereas the fundamental had mistaken by constructing the entire building from the surface of earth, it will not cease the risk of demolished by the natural law. It is almost same, when I bring this concept into what the matters that happened before, no more as a proposition, but it is conceived as a finalized declaration and doubt of it's amnesty availabality.

And if I do offend the destiny for that result, I am just playing with the air. And should I research the crux of defective in it, if I can, or rather just silence. If myself can, I'm uncertain of that if I can recommence it from the beginning and going forward through the path towards where she is.

I am now far into some clocks since a first causing element had brought me into its finest strategy of pulling me down to the valley of strenous love. And till now, I had been forcing myself out of it, and maybe I am succeeded, but, that results from it is saturated with the colour of my heart, and it is not dependable on where am I standing, but is wherever I go and her shadow still follows...

It started when firstly my business partner, which is also my friend, a classmate too! He introduced me to this communication service, TuneTalk. Well, I said to him, why should I buy? CIMB Bank Expects 26 Foreign Cash ATMs By Next Year

CIMB Bank plans to have 26 more foreigh cash ATMs in 13 different locationbs throughout the nation by next year, said its head of retail banking, Peter England.

The total set up for 14 foreign cash ATMs in 7 locations by this year-end will cost the company about RM4 million.

The new system is the first in SE-Asia and it will bring a lot of convinience to the customers to withdraw foreign currencies namely, USD, EUR, AUD, JPY, HKD, Thai Bath, Yuan RMB, and RPH.

Based on his statement, each of the machine will only dispense 4 types of different currencies and the latest daily exchange rates is updated.

I read the newspaper today, it's in the front page. This is about a girl student at a missionary school at Labuan are forced to wear "tudung" and will be punished if not doing so by the disciplinary. This situation had made the girl to absent the class for a few days.

It's a missionary school but not religious school, what's weird is the enforcement of compulsory wear of "tudung" among the girl student in the school during this month of fasting, Ramadan...

According to the objective, this seminar main function is to change ideas, promote products, enhance your exporting system and altogether to improve the business. The seminar started on 8.00 am in the morning including the process of registration. The Senior Director of Exporters Development Division of MATRADE, Mr. Zakaria Kamarudin had his welcoming remarks before the opening remarks by the Minister of Industrial Development (MID) Sabah, YB. Datuk Raymond Tan Shu Kiah. The whole seminar took up to 8 hours in total.

According to the speech, the involvement into MATRADE can save the newbie's entrepreneurs. The new exporter does not need to go outside to find market. But, what we targeting now is buyers to come to buy the products.

The sum of companies under MATRADE for Sabah state accounted to be 298 while the total number for the national is 1600++. It is hoped that 200 Malaysian brand can be exported successfully to other country by 2015.

Orang Jawa dan sebagainya mengaku diri mereka sebagai orang Melayu di Malaysia adalah tidak relevan mengikut keturunannya. Disebabkan etnik-etnik Melayu, Jawa, Bugis, Minang juga berhijrah daripada luar, mengapakah Malaysia mempunyai bumiputera dan pribumi. The Parti Barisan Rakyat Sabah (BERSEKUTU) has an idea to form a big opposition alliance, PAKATAN MALAYSIA instead of PAKATAN RAKYAT. A special parliamentary committee on corruption has called on MPs and senators to debate efforts to enhance the capability of the Malaysian Anti-Corrupt-ion Commission (MACC).

The committee which comprised MPs and senators from the Barisan Nasional and the Opposition, had also made several recommendations that would im-prove the functions of the MACC.

“The MACC Act 2009 states that our committee must prepare a report on the performance of the MACC and submit it to the Prime Minister, who will then table it at the Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara.

“We will suggest to the Prime Minister to allow the report to be debated by the MPs because it will be the first time the performance of the MACC is revealed after it was formed about a year ago.

“This will be a good development because the public will know everything about how the MACC works.”

People will know all their performance and so it wouldn't have any misunderstanding and the truth may be revealed out. Is it?...

Trustworthy is formed between the bonding of relationship between two persons. Usually the trustworthy "rate" will be increasing respectively to the strength of bond. When we says about trustworthy, what is trustworthy? Trustworthy means the reliability and the believability.

When it comes to trustworthy, may have something related to betray. In the other hand, it could be defined as the disloyalty and divulge action.

Somebody lost trust against you means that he/she feels that you are betraying him/her. That's what they observed. But, it is often for misunderstanding situation to aggravate this problem.

If you look into your environment and surrounding and observe it carefully. After that, make an inference. The hypothesis is that HOW ARE YOU GOING TO PLEASE EVERYONE YOU KNOWS?

Movie goers here can finally look forward to 3D movies as our new cinema in Suria Sabah is equipped with the first 3D digital projection system. We hope to do the 3D addition to GSC 1Borneo before the end of this year," she told reporters during the launch of the GSC Suria Sabah on Thursday.

The launch today saw the opening of an eight-screen multiplex with 1,465 seats at the GSC Suria Sabah. This will complement the existing eight-screen GSC 1Borneo and bring to total 3,145 GSC cinema seats in Sabah.

The Barisan Nasional government are very wary and alert to the issues especially related to the status of Islam.

Kita turut bersimpati dengan isu-isu yang melibatkan rakyat di negeri ini berkenaan dengan kesilapan-kesilapan yang berlaku dalam kad-kad pengenalan yang dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, BN turut ingin membantu menyelesaikan masalah seumpamanya.

I hope that this problem will not aggravating as it is issue that related to religious and identity. For the "ISLAM" word on the MyKad, I don't really agree for the government to put it on.

Misfortune or what shall I consider it? But, it was a fate from the God. For sure there are lessons for us, a guide from Him. We should learn from mistakes and be more careful next time.

In this globalisation world, we cannot be soft, careless and clumsy. There are people who wants to take advantages from us. They try for many ways by hook or by crook. Even sometimes their eagerness to achieve their requirements may lead some harmfulness to us. Our life that is very valuable and can't be bought might be a victim for their doings.

It can't be denied that morality inside their soul is reduced all over the time. Are there any distress and poverty crush them and forced them to perform acts that are out of bounds? Things like crimes.

I can conclude that some of them are semi-professional in this field. They used many tactics and action that can make them to be seen as innocent. This is called how are you going to control psychology using several methods.

In order to persuade or comfort a person with your words, you should know all the tricks and ways to handle their feelings and emotions. This kind of skill, of course, is important in our daily life, especially nowadays that competitions are high among people.

What's wrong with it? It is definitely wrong to use those skills to cheat people and committing crimes. I think you all know about the scammings using the internet by some people to cheat your money. There are also who called your number and say that you have win a contest. After they try to influence your mind, they use fact and legal laws but in another way round to show that they are real but actually in the reality they aren't.

"In the recent Hulu Selangor by-election, there were so much money being pumped in and allocated to the area, which includes the 130 units of computers and the RM3 million to the Chinese primary school. If there is no by-election, they would not get so much money.

In Sibu now, there is a big sum being poured in to carry out various projects, that includes flood mitigation, new roads, special allocation to schools and churches, money for the poor people, and many other goodies.

This is the usual tactic used by the BN to attract votes. The only thing we must understand is that, the money is the government money, our money and not the BN’s money. Why only make allocation to the by-election area and not at any other time?

The Kalabakan Member of Parliament for Kalabakan Datuk Gahpur Salleh being speculated that he had submitted his resignation to the Speaker in Parliament and retracted it briefly after an hour, of course all that had been denied.

This signified that the people in Merotai, Kalabakan, and Tawau had lost a golden chance to receive development fund among other goodies from the BN government. The Merotai and Kalabakan area has long been neglected by the government for the past many years according to the people there, and they wish to see more development and money coming to the area. The news of the MP’s wish to resign brought hope to them, but it is so brief just like a spark."

Sabah had received money but it is rarely to be enough for all developments needed. Sometimes it might be heard the BN government is giving a big sum of money for development in all aspects. But, where is the result and the truth? Was it really true?

As we seen clearly, approaching every general elections or by-elections, the BN government usually comes up with many ideas that is a political agenda for sure, to attract votes from the people. It is the same for the manifesto they have created. Was all the proposal in the manifesto was successfully be done? Or it's just a rumour?

The people of Sabah are now starting to migrate to a more clear state of understanding for all the development and fund management of the state. "SABAH DAP has formed yet another new branch in Merotai, Tawau. The branch comprises of new members from the community mostly Iban living in the various kampongs, long houses and plantations in the area. The new chairman Robert Penggai said that it is high time that the community in Merotai area to be represented by strong opposition voice on the various pressing issues like poverty, basic infrastructure, matters involving land and plantation, income and livelihood of the people in this region that normally neglected by the government. The BN representatives did not do much to help the people here, and it is hard to see their faces. Robert and his Sabah DAP team will strive to serve the people to their best ability, and he welcomes all to join up with Sabah DAP."

From the above news, maybe the Iban community from the Merotai area did not received any sufficient help that is such a responsibility for the MP in that area, represented by BN. Usually peoples from rural area would prefer to vote for Barisan Nasional. This time, there is a change. It might be due to their trust to the BN has reduced or maybe being influenced by the opposition to support for them.

I was shocked to an incident happened this afternoon around 3pm here, near a cyber cafe at Api-Api Centre. Two boys who identified as Filipinos had been caughted sniffing gum in front of this cyber cafe. The cashier of the cyber cafe quickly took an action without hesitation. After several conversation, the two boys acted more aggresive and quarrel happened among them. However, the matter was solved and security guard also done his responsibility to get rid this kind of situation. Soalan balik-balik terlintas di kepala otak saya, apakah perbezaannya? Manakah yang lebih tinggi? Mengapa jadi begitu?...

Perbezaan tahap pendidikan di sekolah rendah dan menengah di Sabah, Sarawak dan Semenanjung Malaysia adalah berbeza. Kenyataan ini tidak merangkumi pendidikan swasta di negara Malaysia. Tahap pendidikan di Sabah khususnya di daerah luar bandar mempunyai sistem pendidikan yang jauh lebih ketinggalan berbanding sistem yang digunakan di West Malaysia.

Bukankah tahap pendidikan di negara ini adalah sama mengikut perjanjian yang telah temeterai suatu masa dahulu? Berdasarkan pengalaman saya menimba ilmu di sekolah swasta, saya mendapati pembelajaran di sana adalah jauh lebih tinggi daripada sekolah menengah kerajaan dan hal ini menimbulkan kekecewaan yang teramat dari diri saya sebagai seorang warganegara Malaysia.

Selain itu, sistem pendidikan ini tidak dapat disaingi dengan sistem pendidikan segelintir negara luar. Ambil contoh yang paling dekat dengan kita, Singapura. Singapura mempunyai sistem pendidikan yang sungguh tinggi. Saya rasa mungkin mereka sedar akan kepentingan pendidikan dan mereka gigih berusaha untuk mencapainya dan bersaing di arena antarabangsa.

Jika kita tidak seimbangkan sistem kita dengan global, kita akan jauh ketinggalan dan kemajuan sukar dicapai. Mungkin adalah susah untuk kita tingkatkan secara mendadak tetapi saya merasakan ini sebagai satu kewajipan.

Isu ini sepatutnya kita sedar, terutamanya rakyat Sabah. Itulah kita belum mampu menyaingi mereka. Fikir-fikirkanlah...

Press Conference Regarding the Forum Talk of Petroleum Royalty

The forum talk that will be do at 2nd April, this Friday by Y.B.M. Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah was being officially broadcasted and have done a press conference this morning.

The president of United Sabah Dusun Association (USDA), Datuk Kalakau said that he encouraged all Sabah people together attend this talk and really understand about the petroleum royalty. There was a guarantee that this event does not have any political elements.

The Sabahans can know the agreement made in 1978 with Petronas involving the Chief Minister at that time. We as the Sabah people have the right to know the contents of the agreement and we should know why we only got so a little amount of money for a few years.

People can ask out their question but must do a written copy and send to the Law Advisor, Tuan Ansari Abdullah for filtering. This step is taken to make sure there are no questions that may insult or break the law. It is also for the convinience for Y.B.M. to answer the question and prove it out that day.

Meaning of 1Malaysia is really not practised and cannot be seen as a concept that is deeply substituted in the daily. If Nazri stated like that, that's mean the usage of the term "Allah" is acceptable and did not break any law and it was clearly send a message to us, that he wants to making up some issues in the West Malaysia.

This kind of act really brings on many many question for us. Why should he say that? Is it he wants to have 2 groups of Christians? East and west Christian? It is so ridiculous and unacceptable.

I hopefully can see all of the Malaysian citizens can be more open minded when dealing with races and religion issues as they are sensitive matter and can bring a lot of unwanted trouble if we don't get rid of it wisely.

Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman seorang 'peranakan Pushtun' yang mana asal sebenar keturunan ini adalah dari negara Afghanistan dan kemudiannya kaum ini berhijrah ke kampung Labarkod, Mansera Hazara, Pakistan Barat. Musa Haji Aman mengamalkan budaya Melayu, amalannya tradisi Melayu, bahasanya bahasa Melayu, cara berfikirnya cara Melayu, bahasa dalam rumahnya sendiri berbahasa Melayu dan menganggap dirinya berbangsa Melayu sejajar dengan Perlembagaan Malaysia, seorang Islam yang budaya dan pertuturannya dalam bahasa Melayu maka ia adalah orang Melayu dan Musa Haji Aman adalah bangsa Melayu. (Ini ditarifkan menurut Perlembagaan Malaysia).

Berdasarkan pernyataan di atas, memang tidak salah dan tidak dapat dilawan oleh kita kerana hal tersebut telah termaktub dalam perlembagaan. Walau bagaimanapun, beliau tetap berketurunan peranakan tersebut dan tidak boleh dinafikan. Identiti suku seseorang itu tidak dapat diubah hanya kerana dia mengamalkan budaya lain. Jika saya mengamalkan budaya orang England, adakah saya orang British?

Name changes

It reminds you that in embracing Islam, you have purified your soul and begun a new way of life, with a new commitment to Allah.
You can choose a name that embodies the qualities that you want for yourself.
You don't have to deal with questions from people who are confused about the disparity between your name and religious identity. But this last point is the least important by far.

The choice is entirely yours. No one should pressure you or make you feel guilty about changing your name.

Do Not Change the Last Name

It's important to note that you must not change your family name (your last name).

The Qur'an says,

"Call them by (the names of) their father's, that is more just in the sight of Allah..." (Al-Ahzab 33:5)

And the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) emphasized this by saying,

"He who knowingly attributed his fatherhood to someone other than his real father will be excluded from paradise." (Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood)

This applies equally to converts and to women who are marrying, since assuming the husband's name upon marriage is not an Islamic custom.

In my opinion, it is not compulsory for a ready Muslim or even converts Muslim to have name that having their own culture. Because that is their culture. But the heart is for the religion. And may we ask those named Muslims but not practising the religion? So I think is your heart is the main. Thinking people around me who having English names but they are Muslim. Such as me, Adam Danial, some people thought that I was a Christian and sometimes they thought me was a Muslim.

Satu rombongan sekolah saya telah melawat ke rumah warga emas Sri Pritchard di Kinarut, Papar, 32 kilometer dari pusat bandar raya Kota Kinabalu pada petang ini. Lawatan yang dapat mengeratkan lagi hubungan di antara generasi muda dan tua ini amat digalakkan. Lawatan kali ini bertemakan pembersihan alam sekitar di kawasan rumah warga emas. Selain itu, kita juga dapat berhubung mesra dan mengetahui cara hidup warga emas yang tinggal di sana.

Kami telah dibahagikan kepada beberapa kumpulan dan bertugas seperti yang dirancangkan. Saya dan rakan-rakan saya telah melakukan semua rancangan yang dijadualkan.

Pada pendapat saya, kunjungan seperti ini haruslah ditingkatkan dalam kalangan pelajar sekolah menengah agar mereka dapat mendalami cara hidup orang-orang tua di sini. Secara tidak langsung, mereka dapat mempelajari nilai-nilai murni seperti menghormati orang tua. Nilai ini seperti yang saya lihat di mana semakin luntur dalam kalangan masyarakat muda. Aktiviti sebegini mungkin telah diwajibkan dalam kerja kursus dalam pembelajaran sekolah. Walau bagaimanapun, tujuannya bukanlah sekadar untuk mendapatkan sijil dan keputusan kerja kursus yang cemerlang tetapi ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai murni yang dapat kita timba dari pengalaman ini.

Kehidupan warga emas di sana agak baik dan selesa. Kemudahan dan infrastruktur amat sempurna. Makan-minum dan soal kehidupan harian tidak ada masalah. Mereka juga hidup bahagia, aman damai dan bersatu padu. Saya juga dapat lihat kehidupan harmoni di antara warga emas berlainan kaum. Perpaduan dan toleransi kaum yang semakin pudar dalam jiwa remaja juga harus dipertingkatkan semula sebelum terlewat.

Meeting: Petroleum Royalty

March 26th, 2010, the second meeting of discussion of petroleum royalty on Sabah. As last week, the meeting was at DeLeeton Hotel, Asia City, at 8.30pm. Sum of attendance tonight is fewer than last week but we still carry on the meeting.

In this meeting, we are discussing about the press conference next week at March 29th regarding the information to the people about the talks from Y.B.M. Tun Razaleigh Hamzah at 2nd April 2010. Special committee will be wearing special vest or uniform as well as badges to identify them during that day. In the templates and flyers, there should be a need to put a new name to represent all the NGO that is involve in participation in this event.

Publicity of this event runs smoothly. Templates and flyers are being distributed. Banners will be hang up at a few areas. For the templates, we are having some difficulties of lackage of KadazanDusun Language and Chinese Language writers. We need to put up all this language to represent the participation of all races in this event altogether with 1Malaysia concept.

Sabahkini also plays an important role to advertise this event. Just the problem is citizens that do not use and read internet. Till this moment, we have prepared 500 pieces of special invitations. We just having the problems of labour to work with it.

Another issue is regarding the security when the event is held, but we have find that there will be no big deal with it. But we still need some to control traffic, people and etc that time.

In this saturday, we will start to giving the flyers at Kinarut and then Papar and Putatan and unday at Gaya Street Tamu which all are many visitors during the business operations hour during the weekends.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. Assalamualaikum warahmatullaahi taala wabarakaatuh.
Terima kasih Tuan Yang di-Pertua kerana mengizinkan saya untuk turut sama untuk
berbahas, menyokong dan menjunjung kasih titah ucapan Seri Paduka Baginda Yang
di-Pertuan Agong pada Istiadat Pembukaan Penggal Ketiga, Parlimen Keduabelas.
Tuan Yang di-Pertua, saya menyokong penuh dan mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi
tahniah dan menjunjung kasih di atas titah ucapan Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka
Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong semasa merasmikan pembukaan Penggal Parlimen
Keduabelas kali ini. Pada kesempatan ini juga saya mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi
penghargaan kepada kerajaan di bawah kepimpinan Yang Amat Berhormat Perdana
Menteri kerana telah berjaya melaksanakan pelbagai program yang memacu ke arah
pengukuhan hubungan dan kemakmuran seluruh rakyat Malaysia.
Seperti yang kita sedia maklum, kalau kita melihat pada penghujung tahun 2009,
berlaku masalah ekonomi secara global dan secara tidak langsung ia juga telah
melanda negara kita. Akan tetapi kecekapan dan kemahiran kerajaan dalam menangani
perkara ini dengan intervensi yang lebih awal untuk memastikan ekonomi dan
perjalanan pengurusan kerajaan dapat ditadbir dengan baik bagi membolehkan kita
terus hidup dalam keharmonian dan perpaduan. Justeru itu jelas sekali pada Titah
Ucapan Tuanku, Gagasan 1Malaysia yang digambarkan menunjukkan betapa
pentingnya keprihatinan kerajaan untuk memastikan pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi
dinikmati bersama oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Menjelang tahun 2010 ini, kita tahu
bahawa 40.2% rakyat Malaysia yang berusia 15 hingga 40 tahun menjadi generasi yang
perlu diambil perhatian dan diambil berat dan jelas sekali dalam kita melihat kerangka
perancangan kerajaan terutamanya dalam pembentukan Model Ekonomi Baru, saya
ingin mencadangkan dan menyarankan kepada pihak kerajaan untuk sudah tiba
masanya untuk kita memberi penekanan dan perhatian serius dalam penyelidikan dan
pembangunan.
Sebab kita melihat bagaimana R&D ini sangat penting untuk memastikan
pembangunan kerajaan yang mahu dilaksanakan untuk kepentingan rakyat pada
keseluruhannya di seluruh negara kita ini dapat diambil kira. Sekurang-kurangnya juga
apabila pihak kerajaan memberi tumpuan secara khusus dalam bidang R&D ini, maka
sudah tentu kita akan dapat menangani serta mengambil perhatian keutamaankeutamaan
yang perlu diambil perhatian oleh pihak kerajaan dalam pembangunan
negara kita. Dalam Titah Baginda juga, dalam usaha kerajaan mencapai enam bidang
keberhasilan utama bagi meluaskan akses kepada pendidikan berkualiti, menambah
baik pengangkutan awam, memerangi rasuah, mengurangkan kadar jenayah,
memperkasa prasarana bandar dan pedalaman serta meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat
berpendapatan rendah.
Ini semua aspek yang memang sangat penting kepada pembangunan negara
kita dan kita berharap supaya dengan kerangka kerja yang telah diatur oleh kerajaan ini
dapat menangani serta dapat merancang gerak kerja yang membolehkan ianya
memenuhi aspirasi semasa dan kita berharap juga dengan perancangan yang lebih
teratur apabila kerajaan mengumumkan tentang Model Ekonomi Baru bagi kepentingan
rakyat Malaysia ini, kita berharap supaya segala kelemahan dan kekurangan yang kita
hadapi sekarang ini dapat kita atasi demi untuk kebaikan negara kita sendiri. Kita
melihat juga terutamanya dalam sektor pelaburan, negara kita kalau sendiri seperti yang
kita dapati laporan iaitu lawatan Yang Amat Berhormat Perdana Menteri ke Hong Kong
baru-baru ini, beliau menekankan pada masa akan datang, seperti yang kita sedia
maklum, kebergantungan negara kita kepada tenaga buruh daripada luar negara sangat
besar. Untuk membolehkan kita mencapai negara maju serta mempunyai pendapatan
yang tinggi, terutamanya di kalangan semua pihak.

Maka penekanan kepada bidang ekonomi yang berasaskan kepada
perkhidmatan dan penyelidikan ini perlu diberi penekanan sebab dengan cara inilah kita
boleh bersaing dan menyebabkan kerajaan serta negara kita ini boleh ditadbir dengan
tanpa mengharapkan pelaburan-pelaburan yang boleh menjejaskan dari segi
kemantapan perkembangan ekonomi negara.
Saya yakin dan pasti pihak kerajaan dan kita sebenarnya boleh mencapai dari
segi pertumbuhan ekonomi, kalau kerajaan memfokuskan iaitu kita boleh mencapai
pertumbuhan sampai kadar 5% ataupun mencecah lebih daripada 5% tetapi kehendak
itu adalah sebenarnya diasaskan kepada perancangan yang lebih rapi. Ini sebab kita
melihat kalau negara-negara seperti China, India dan negara-negara jiran Asia yang lain
mempunyai disiplin yang kukuh dan memberi keutamaan dalam bidang penyelidikan
yang akhirnya membawa ke arah kesejahteraan kepada negara-negara mereka. Ini
saya berharap supaya pihak kerajaan dapat mengambil perhatian yang sangat serius
dalam perkara ini dan segala model ekonomi baru yang diperkenalkan oleh kerajaan
dalam masa yang terdekat ini, kita berharap ia akan diambil kira semua lapisan
masyarakat, semua pandangan masyarakat apa lagi keutamaan-keutamaan yang
diberikan kerajaan sekarang ini yang memberi penekanan kepada pembangunan dan
keharmonian masyarakat terutamanya di kawasan luar bandar.
Tuan Yang di-Pertua, saya juga melihat dalam kerangka untuk mengulas dan
meningkatkan lagi kualiti pendidikan di kawasan luar bandar. Saya ingin mencadangkan
kepada pihak kerajaan oleh sebab dari segi jumlah penduduk yang ada di negara kita ini
masih bertumpu di kawasan luar bandar.

Kaitan Kebersihan Bandar Raya dengan Penduduk

Pernyataan Dato' Seri Zami bin Khalid dan Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Lajim Ukin

Dato' Seri Azmi bin Khalid [Padang Besar]: Tindakan dengan menggunakan
kekuasaan sahaja iaitu orang lain membuang sampah, orang lain mencuci dan
membersihkannya adalah satu tindakan konvensional menggunakan bermacam-macam
kuasa, bermacam-macam akta yang perbelanjaannya amat tinggi.
Saya hendak beritahu Yang Berhormat Timbalan Menteri. Kalau boleh Yang
Berhormat datang kawasan saya. Pekan Padang Besar ada dua. Sebelah sana Siam,
sebelah sini, Malaysia. Dahulu pekan Siam kita kata pekan cowboy. Hari ini di Siam
sampah dalam pekan Padang Besar itu amat berkurangan. Di Phuket begitu juga.
Diurus dengan baik sebab ada self-discipline. Jadi saya hendak bertanya dan mungkin
memberi cadangan supaya satu pendekatan supaya membolehkan sampah ini kalau
setiap individu tidak membuangnya, maka tidak ada sampah. Kalau setiap individu
menjaga sampahnya, maka dalam suasana – lapangan di mana-mana tidak ada
sampah.

Maka ingin saya mencadangkan tidakkah KPKT atau Kementerian Perumahan
dan Kerajaan Tempatan mempunyai satu pendekatan bersepadu dengan Kementerian
Pendidikan mendidik anak-anak dari tadika supaya satu generasi ini apabila mereka
dewasa kelak mereka juga akan mendidik anak-anak? Dengan begitu sahaja kita dapat
mendisiplinkan masyarakat dan sampah tidak perlu lagi digunakan kuasa yang penting
yang menggunakan belanja yang banyak. Bahkan dengan cara begitu kita sendiri akan
dapat membersihkan alam sekitar kita secara bersepadu. Jadi saya bertanya sama ada
kementerian mempunyai satu pendekatan bersepadu dengan kementerian lain untuk
mendidik masyarakat bagi jangka panjang? Terima kasih.

Datuk Seri Panglima Lajim Ukin: Terima kasih Yang Berhormat Padang Besar bagi jemputan untuk lawatan ke Padang Besar itu insya-Allah. Lagi pun berdekatan dengan sempadan bukan? Jadi bolehlah kita tengok-tengok ya.
Bagi cadangan dan juga syor Yang Berhormat itu memang sudah menjadi
pendekatan pihak kementerian saya, di mana Kementerian Pelajaran dan juga pihakpihak
NGO telah kita libatkan. Mengenai tentang soal bagaimana kita mengurangkan
pembuangan sampah dan mendisiplinkan orang.
Sebagaimana Yang Berhormat sedia maklum bahawa untuk mendisiplinkan
orang ini bukanlah semudah itu. Kempen demi kempen yang telah kita lakukan sejak
daripada dahulu lagi sehingga sekarang masih ramai lagi orang yang mengambil indah
tak indah tentang soal kebersihan, walaupun kita mengatakan bahawa kita memerlukan
negara yang bersih, tempat yang bersih supaya para pelancong dapat datang ke negara
kita, melihat tempat-tempat kita dalam keadaan yang bersih.
Namun demikian ada juga orang-orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang
masih lagi terutama sekali mereka yang bukan orang Malaysia. Pendatang tanpa izin
misalnya. Sebagai contoh di Kota Kinabalu kita kuatkuasakan, kita sapu pada jam lapan,
jam sembilan sampah sudah ada. Ini di antaranya orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab
adalah orang yang tidak ada kena- mengena dengan negara kita, yang mereka datang
mungkin sebulan dua bulan dia balik. Inilah di antara masalah yang dihadapi oleh
kerajaan dan saya setuju dengan Yang Berhormat bukan sahaja jabatan atau
Kementerian Pelajaran malahan badan-badan yang lain juga kita sama-sama untuk
mengatasi masalah ini. Ini kerana untuk makluman Yang Berhormat pada masa kini kita
ada 17,000 tan satu hari sampah yang kita collect, yang kita lupus. Menjelang tahun
2020 akan mencecah 30,000 tan sehari sampah kalau sekiranya rakyat Malaysia ini
tidak mengambil tindakan untuk mengurangkan atau menjaga supaya sampah sarap ini
terutama sekali dalam soal kitar semula. Terima kasih.

Seperti post terdahulu yang telah saya muatkan, kita boleh mendapati bahawa masalah sampah sarap di sesuatu kawasan bandar tersebut adalah kerana sikap penduduk di kawasan tersebut. Saya menyeru kepada pihak bertanggungjawab untuk segera menyelesaikan masalah ini kerana masalah ini semakin hari semakin teruk jika tidak dikawal.

NGOs Meeting at DeLeeton Hotel

The meeting starts among the member of Sabah Blogger Society (Persatuan Blogger Sabah) in the morning 10am. We had discussed issues regarding the petroleum royalty and some of interesting news. Bloggers from all over Sabah and sat together discussing the matter. The royalty is about the percentage of petroleum income for the state of Sabah. Sabah managed to get 5% of total income for payout after the Chief Minister of Sabah had signed an agreement with Petronas at 1978 at Labuan.

In the night, starts 8.30pm, many Non-Government Organization (NGO) gathered in a conference room at the first floor of DeLeeton Hotel, Asia City, near Kota Kinabalu. Discussion and opinion giving is our theme in this meeting. In April 2nd, a former finance minister from West Malaysia will pay a visit and give a talk regarding the petroleum royalty with the citizen at Dewan Hongkod, KDCA, Penampang. Everyone was given a chance to give out their opinion.

Ke manakah hala tuju generasi muda negeri?

Generasi muda, yakni remaja dan belia merupakan tiang dan tunjang asas kekukuhan sesebuah negara pada masa yang akan datang. Golongan ini seharusnya dipupuk sebaik-baiknya dan ditanamkan sifat-sifat mulia seperti budi bahasa dan sebagainya. Persoalannya, mengapakah generasi tersebut semakin terdedah dan melibatkan diri dalam gejala sosial yang negatif? Ada di anatara mereka yang melakukan vandalisme, gangsterisme dan sebagainya.

Setiap kejadian mesti mempunyai punca. Di sini, apakah faktor yang memangkin mereka ke arah lembah negatif? Rakan sebaya memainkan peranan yang sungguh penting dalam membentuk seseorang itu. Jika seseorang itu senang dipengaruhi oleh rakan sebaya yang negatif, maka mereka akan mengikuti "style" ataupun gaya yang tidak sihat.

Seperti yang telah dinyatakan tadi, vandalisme sering terjadi. Kawasan yang menjadi sasaran mereka sering sekali seperti kawasan yang berdekatan dengan kafe siber, tempat berkumpul mereka, perhentian bas dan lain-lain. Gambar tersebut telahpun saya rakam dengan tangan saya sendiri.

Berdasarkan gambar tersebut, ternyata gejala vandalisme semakin teruk dalam masyarakat kini. Contengan nyata terpampang pada dinding. Bukan sekadar lakaran semata-mata, malah berunsurkan elemen lucah dan keganasan. Hal ini akan memburukkan nama harum negara kita termasuk apabila pelancong lihat contengan tersebut.

Lorong-lorong ke tempat tersebut juga lazimnya dipenuhi dengan sampah-sarap dan bau hancing merata tempat. Adakah keluarga mereka tidak pernah mendidik anak mereka? Jika sedemikian, adakah sekolah tidak pernah mengajar mereka? Jabatan Pelajaran telah memasukkan nilai-nilai murni ke dalam sukatan pelajaran termasuk Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewarganegaraan, Pendidikan Moral, Pendidikan Islam dan juga semasa pembelajaran kurikulum bahasa.

Yang menghampakan, mereka masih tidak sedar dan alpa. Cadangan saya adalah pihak-pihak yang berkaitan seperti pemilik premis, jabatan pengurusan bangunan dan pengurusan pembersihan harus sama-sama berganding bahu membanteras tabiat ini. Mereka boleh mengenakan denda yang lebih sikit supaya mereka dapat serik daripada mengulanginya lagi. Pemasangan kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) sedikit sebanyak pun mampu merakam insiden sedemikian dan mengecam pesalah itu.

Ada yang hingga sanggup melakukan kesalahan seperti menghidu gam di tempat awam. Sewaktu kunjungan saya ke sebuah pusat game di sebuah pusat membeli-belah, saya mendapati bilik-bilik K-box yang asalnya bagi pelanggan untuk menyanyi telah dijadikan lokasi untuk menghidu gam. Udara yang tidak mengalir telah mengakibatkan bau-bau gam tertinggal di dalam ruangan tersebut. Bau tersebut adalah sangat memeningkan tetapi bukan bagi mereka yang menggangap bahawa itu adalah sejenis bauan yang sangat wangi.

Banyak bandar raya yang ada melancarkan program Sifar Sampah dan sebagainya yang sama bertujuan untuk mengekalkan kebersihan di kawasan bandar raya. Kompaun atau denda akan dikenakan kepada pembuang sampah atau dipanggil sebagai kutu sampah.

Iklan-iklan dan banner-banner menunjukkan “DILARANG MEMBUANG SAMPAH. KOMPAUN RM 500.00“. Walau bagaimanapun, mungkin dengan ketidakbekersanaan kerja Majlis Bandar atau Dewan Bandar Raya, sampah kelihatan bersepah-sepah dan menjijikan. Ada yang hingga meluatkan apabila kita lihat.

Sampai bilakah hal ini dapat diatasi dengan sepenuhnya dan bilakah kelahiran masyarakat yang bersih, suci dan berbudi bahasa? Adakah masa belum lewat untuk kita membimbing generasi muda untuk ke jalan benar yang lurus dan menahan mereka daripada menyimpang ke jalan sesat? Jawapannya ialah YA.

Dalam konteks saya, saya hanya seorang yang merasakan diri saya bertanggungjawab terhadap hal ehwal semasa masyarakat. Saya tidak berniat untuk menunding jari ke mana-mana pihak.

Kelulusan parti politik

Pertanyaan ini tercetus oleh penyokong-penyokong ex-USNO Sabah. Parti Makkal Sakhti yang merupakan satu parti politik yang khusus untuk masyarakat India di Malaysia selain daripada MIC. Parti ini baru sahaja dilancarkan. Persoalannya, mengapakah USNO tidak boleh dihidupkan kembali?

Perkara ini hanya menyebabkan Rakyat Sabah seolah-olah dilayan sebagai kelas 2 dalam Negara yang mengamalkan sistem DEMOKRASI. ex-USNO berjuang untuk membela nasib rakyat Sabah selama 2 tahun tidak dapat diluluskan tetapi mengapa Parti Makkal Sakhti dapat ditubuhkan dengan tempoh pendek 2 bulan sahaja?

Adakah ini sebenarnya konsep 1Malaysia? Memang tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa ahli-ahli ex-USNO berhadapan dengan ketidakadilan tetapi harus diingati bahawa perjuangan WAJIB diteruskan!

Percintaan sememangnya...berliku-liku dan banyak rintangan di depannya...
Berdasarkan pemerhatian saya melalui kerja orang tengah atau secara professional dipanggil "love advisor" ataupun penasihat percintaan. Namanya memang begitu, tetapi saya hanya menggunakan 10% daripada kemahiran-kemahiran yang saya tahu untuk mengajar client saya.

Secara logik dan rasional, memang tidak boleh katakan saya tidak melaksanakan tanggungjawab saya. Saya cuma mengehadkan pengajaran supaya kemahiran itu tidak diperoleh secara mendadak dan mengakibatkan kesan sampingan yang drastik. Dan juga sebahagian menjadi simpanan peribadi saya.

Menjadi orang tengah dalam memberi nasihat atau tunjuk ajar dalam bidang percintaan sememangnya sukar dan bukannya kerja yang sangat senang untuk dilakukan. Kita kena bijak main pscychology dan sebagainya. Kita kena meyakinkan client kita.
